To display navmenu on this template, you must use the mainmenu module and adjust settings as follows.
In setting Always show sub-menu Items on Module Parameters, make sure you choose Yes. This setting allows you to display a submenu or an existing child items on menu.
And in Menu Tag ID on Advanced Parameters, Make sure you are filling with navmenu. If all you have done, make sure you save it on navmenu module position.
